My sincere condolences Vivian and family,
Gary was such a great man. He helped me so much with understanding realestate. He was one of the most honest people I have had the pleasure in meeting. My thoughts are with you. R.I.P. Gary, you were as good as they get.

Dear Viv, Boys, Alicia and families, so sad to hear of Gary’s passing. Too young, too soon, but I know he left this earth surrounded by and knowing great love from his finest legacy – you and the kids. So glad we got to see him recently. Thinking of you all. Wishing you peace and sending you giant virtual hugs X Nickie, Adam, Molly-Rose, Georgia and Ellie XXX

Sorry for your loss. Gary helped my wife and I buy a house before our first child was born back in 2007. I frequently kept in touch right up until this time last year. He was always up for a chat and to know how the family was. RIP Gary.
